    自制养生花茶

    呵呵,这就是偶的自制养生花茶的成品了,装到茶壶里再来一张.

    看上去就象一般的茶饮料了.....虽然我是姓王,但我不是自夸,味道绝对和外面卖的两样哦眨眼

    偶这个花茶不是泡出来的哦,听我细细给各位介绍下制作过程:

    1.西瓜皮(网上看到人家说要西瓜皮当中白的那部分,但是偶觉得要够甜,不舍得丢到红的,就除了外面的皮,其余都丢进锅子煮了)

    加甘草(对,还是甜,而且是喝到后半段还能回味到的甜哦)放在锅里加水煮

    2.煮沸之后,关火,放进杭白菊,洛神花.(如果有空你可以看着它沉下去困了)

    一锅茶煮好了,这次估的量很准哦,到进茶壶里正好满满一壶.大笑

    PS,今天刚发现,煮出来的茶味道还是满浓的,兑点水喝味道更好.当然冰茶也不错
